Hello, everyone!

You thought I wouldn’t be back?

Blogtober has, of course, ended and I want to thank you all again for tuning into the series and being engaging. For the past week or so, I have been taking a break from blogging because I was exhausted after creating 33 posts in October. I thought it would be a good idea to kick off the next step with a discussion about Club Penguin Summit.

It has been a little more than 2 months since I publicised the website and I am very glad that so many of you have decided to support it. So, it is clear that this website is still young, despite how much it has grown! Already, there are many pages to look at and the blog is starting to bloom a bit more with new categories. Last month, you saw Spice’s debut blog post, “How Does 1.7 Impacts Glitches?”, which is part of the new Glitch Guru series. Hopefully, Club Penguin Summit will have more unique content to offer as more people join the team.

Moving forward, one thing I really want to focus on is the Community Portfolio and the Scrapbook. If you didn’t know already, it is the community which is driving this site. My vision is to make every one of you just as capable of managing this site. It doesn’t mean you have to become an admin. Through the Community Portfolio and the Scrapbook, your contributions really count! At the moment, the Club Penguin team have no method of showing off the wonderful things you create, but this website can be that method. Remember: if you have any fan art, videos or stories that are centred around the Club Penguin brand, please do email them to clubpenguinsummit@gmail.com. I will try my best to exhibit them in the Community Portfolio as soon as possible!

Now, it is important that I ask you what features you want to arrive at Club Penguin Summit. Not just the blog, but the whole website! At the moment, I plan on making a page about the whole Club Penguin Community. Soon, I’ll be asking for you to submit a picture of your penguin so that I can create a mural on this site. You may be interested in something else, though. Please let me know your feedback and ideas in the comments section.

By the way, we are still hiring! We need more authors to bring exciting and unique content to the blog so that you don’t get bored of me all of the time. The vacancy requires good grammatical skills and you need to have good knowledge about Club Penguin Island and must play it. You can read more about the eligibility on our Vacancies page.

What can you expect over the next couple of months? Well, I will endeavour to bring more interesting Club Penguin Island discussions to the blog and news items will most likely be in the form of news flashes. I’m going to be very busy in real life, so I am likely to prioritise my studies over this website. Hopefully, however, some new authors will be willing to help out.
